9/18/08 During the past 6/7 months I have had multiple problems with my TV. It required multiple trips by your technicians and scheduling by your staff. The purpose of my note is to specifically mention Lisa & Molly. Each time I spoke with them they were most helpful in providing information, phone numbers and collecting info that I needed to deal with the manufacturers Corporate office. They always had a cheerful voice and extended themselves in trying to help me during a very frustrating time and situation. Please let them know how much I appreciated their help and their customer service attitudes. You are fortunate to have these nice ladies working for you. 09/16/2008 Everyone at this company should be commended for their great work and prompt service. I think that this is the first company that I can ever say exceeded my expectations ! Everyone involved in this repair was courteous, honest and prompt in every way. Thanks for your help !
08/06/2008 The service I received was some of the best I have come across I would refer SY ELECTRONICS to every one I know that has a electronics problem. Lorenzo This was one of the best service experiences I have had in a long time.

I called and got a quick repair date and after ordering a part I had another quick repair. Everything was explained and the technician(s) were prompt and very polite and courteous. That is very important to me.
AND, YES THE PICTURE IS AWESOME.

WE HAVE 2 SETS OF FRIENDS THAT HAVE THIS TV, SO WE KNEW THE PICTURE WAS AWESOME. THE TV WAS DELIVERED LAST THURSDAY AND THE PICTURE WAS TILTED UP ON THE RIGHT. WE CALLED THE SERVICE LINE WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL, AND THEY GAVE US THE NAME AND NUMBER OF SY ELECTRONICS. WE TALKED TO THEM THE NEXT DAY, AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THE SERVICE MAN WAS HERE TODAY, AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES AFTER EXPLAINING TO US WHAT WAS WRONG. HE ALSO CHECKED A FEW OTHER THINGS AS LONG AS HE WAS HERE. HE WAS FRIENDLY,KNOWLEDGEABLE,AND ON TIME. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I JUST WANTED TO SAY THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.THE TECH WAS ON TIME HE TOOK CARE OF MY MITSUBISHI TV AND THERE WAS NO HIDDEN COST I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FREINDS. THANKS SY!!
